DECAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Firmly rub transfer tape to adhere to vinyl. 2. Remove vinyl and transfer tape from backing paper. 3. Apply vinyl and transfer tape to cleaned surface. 4. Firmly rub transfer tape to adhere vinyl to surface. 5. Remove tape, leaving vinyl to surface.
