Can I return or exchange products?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have a problem please send us a message or email.

Shipping

The address given is where the order will be shipped to. Please make sure to check that address you entered is correct! If the address needs to be changed please cancel your order and resubmit another order!!!

Estimated shipping dates are the dates it will be shipped out. If you choose a different shipping option it only affects the shipping, not the time it take to be made.

Shipping Policies

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.
In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. 

Incorrect Mailing Address/Undeliverable Package

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the buyer. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if USPS loses the package. If your package is returned, you are responsible for contacting us with the correct address to be shipped back to you and for the shipping service of your choice YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE.

Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.

Weather delays

Please contact USPS if you experience any weather delays or damage due to weather.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! 

UK customs charge fees

UK will sometimes apply a customs charge and not release the package to the buyer. The fees are not said at the time of purchase until it is in the UK and not able to pick up. The buyer will be responsible for customs charge.

Damaged items

You will have a 10 days delivery to contact for damaged items. Filing a claim with USPS will have to be made if it was damaged during transit. If it was a shop error please contact during the approbate time frame.
