Custom michelle order

I received my custom tumbler with the decal already lifted and although the design was exactly what I wanted and I love it. When I opened my package and pulled off the bubble wrap it was wrapped in my decal was already coming up. I immediately pushed it down to try and get it to stick again, but now I'm scared to use and wash the cup. I did try to reach out to the owner just see if she can recommend something to help the decal not come off, but I haven't received a response. I am disappointed.
